指導Executive leadership
Sharper decisions at the top
The higher the seat, the fewer people who will tell you the truth. Executive coaching here is not encouragement. It is a discreet, informed second mind for the decisions that carry the most weight and the least honest feedback.
What this is
Advisory and coaching for individual leaders and the teams they answer to. The work is built for the specific loneliness of senior decisions: high stakes, incomplete information, and a room full of people with an interest in the answer. We bring judgement earned inside real organisations, and the willingness to disagree with you privately so you do not have to be corrected publicly.
It also protects the people underneath the decision. Crisis needs to be minimised and your specialists protected. A leader who manages pressure well keeps the talent a transformation depends on; a leader who does not loses their best people at the exact moment they are most needed.
How we work
One principal, in confidence, on a rhythm that suits the leader rather than a curriculum. Sometimes that is a standing seat through a difficult quarter; sometimes it is a single hard conversation before a decision that cannot be unmade. Client names never appear anywhere without consent.
Q: Is this coaching or advisory?
Both, deliberately. Pure coaching asks better questions; pure advisory hands over answers. Senior leaders need someone who can do both in the same conversation and knows which the moment calls for.
Q: Do you coach teams as well as individuals?
Yes. A leader's decisions are executed by a team, and the team's operating rhythm is often where the real constraint sits. We work at whichever level the actual problem lives on.
