Privacy Policy
Summary
Jigen Consulting sets no cookies and does not track, profile, or sell any personal data of visitors to this website. The only measurement in use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, aggregate performance tool that identifies no individual visitor. The only personal data that ever leaves your browser is what you choose to type into a form and submit; it is delivered to Jigen's inbox through one processor, Formspree, and treated as confidential. This policy exists to state that clearly and in full.
1. Data we do not collect
Jigen Consulting operates no background data collection of any kind. Specifically:
- No personal identifiers (name, email address, IP address, device ID) are recorded by the web server that serves this site.
- No cookies or similar tracking technologies are set by this website.
- No session data or behavioural profiles are retained. Performance measurement is aggregate-only and cookieless; see section 2.
- Nothing personally identifying is collected passively; the only background measurement is the aggregate performance tool described in section 2. Personal data leaves your browser only when you fill in a form and press submit; how that submission is handled is also described in section 2.
2. Third-party services
This website loads resources from the following external services. When your browser fetches these resources your IP address and browser metadata are visible to those services under their own privacy policies, over which Jigen has no control.
- Cloudflare: all traffic passes through Cloudflare's network for DDoS protection and TLS termination. Cloudflare may log connection metadata per their Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregate, cookieless measurement of page performance (page URLs, timing metrics such as Core Web Vitals, and coarse browser and device categories). It sets no cookies, performs no cross-site tracking, and identifies no individual visitor.
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Formspree: form submissions are transmitted to and processed by formspree.io before being delivered to Jigen's inbox. For the contact form this covers the name, company, email address, message text, the plan you selected, and the page and language the form was sent from. For the Boardroom Audit scorecard request it covers your email address together with your score and answers. All of it is treated as strictly confidential once received. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
No advertising networks, remarketing pixels, or social media trackers are used on this website.
3. Email correspondence
If you contact Jigen by email at [email protected], your message is received and stored within Jigen's email provider. That correspondence is treated as strictly confidential and is not shared with any third party. It is not stored on the web server that serves this site.
4. Children
This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. Jigen does not knowingly collect any information from minors.
5. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
