Will your transformation ship, or stall?
Twelve questions that quietly separate the transformations that hold from the ones that stall, worth answering as honestly as you can for the organisation you actually run today rather than the one you would like to present. Whatever score comes back stays with you, and its purpose is to show you something you can act on rather than to be collected by anyone here.
Tick each statement that is genuinely true of the organisation as it stands today, rather than the one you are working towards, and rest assured that nothing you mark here is sent anywhere unless you later decide to ask for the full interpretation.
At risk. On these answers, the transformation is more likely to stall on ownership, information and adoption than on technology. That is the good news: those are the cheapest things to fix, and all of them are fixable before a platform is ever chosen.
Exposed. The plan is sound in parts, but the boxes you left unticked are exactly where transformations usually fail. They are worth a hard look before the next phase of spend, not after it.
Resilient. Most boards score lower than they expect here. The task now is to protect what is working and pressure-test the two or three answers you were least sure of.
This scored where a transformation is exposed. If you want to know why, the confidential Transformation Diagnostic looks past the score to the pattern underneath, and names what is actually holding the business in place. Take the Transformation Diagnostic →

If you would like the extended scorecard, together with the two questions most boards quietly get wrong, leave an email and the owner will send it to you within one business day. Your address will not go onto any list or into any automated sequence, and no one will follow up unless you ask them to.
